After nothing showed up for weeks I called and was told parts were on backorder. Would have been nice to know at the time of purchase, but whatever. Waited another month and a half and they cancelled. Waited over two months for them to cancel for no reason.
After having a not so pleasant experience at another Hyundai parts dealer, Kurtis saved the day. Literally. He ordered a much needed part that came in just a few days. All things considered, I was offered a competitive price for the requested part.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried ordering parts through them 4 different times and it’s obvious they don’t actually sell parts.
