This facility is incredibly misleading. They promise individualized care, real therapy, and a supportive environment to get you or your loved one through the door—but once the intake process is complete, the reality changes. Your information is entered into a software system that generates generic recommendations, with little to no consideration for important factors not captured during intake. I worked with the therapist, Rosie Young. She was very helpful, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable regarding mental health-related issues. She provided me with several resources and suggestions to assist with my treatment. If you're looking for a wonderful therapist, I recommend seeing Rosie Young.
Shame on this place! They tell you it’s no problem to move an appointment (because God forbid life happens) and then sneak in a $75 charge that they didn’t even warn you about when you reschedule. Clearly they don’t care about mental health just the almighty dollar.
