If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would, do not ignore the red flags and move in because you will regret it. This is the most dirtiest and unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever been in. On the move in date the apartment was supposed to be all fixed and cleaned up but it looked HORRENDOUS. This is by far the worst management to work with, they don’t have a working telephone number. You try to stop by the office they are sitting in there but not answering the door. You call the number on the website it’s directing you to a whole different state. The building is infested with roaches and mice. I literally had to move mid lease because it’s so bad. Im surprised this building is still standing. Between the break ins, the constant towing of my vehicle and the roach infestation, I can’t even give this place a 1 star. Management sucks and for the price you pay here it’s just not something you want to deal with.
Been here a few years living at congress I would like to have a discussion with a regional manager on a few issues if possible that has not been addressed maintenance issues are a problem been trying to get things in my bathroom done for the last 3 months has really been a challenge .
Congress run has great apartments and the staff is wonderful and very understanding on rent.They are very understanding and helpful if you have something that needs to be fixed they are on it.
