Minor improvements were made with new management but the complex is still a mess. Dog park is just sad, as well as front and center a guy lets his dog poop and pee all over the patio. Floors in the halls are unkempt for weeks as well as trash is left outside. Elevator had carpet put in and it is disgusting and black now. Basement where some apartments are has shady exposed wiring. The stairs and hall doors are falling apart. Management just doesn’t upkeep like they should and it’s embarrassing to have people over.
Congress, I've been a part of the community for a little over 8 months and I love my new home. Surrounded by woods l close to so many choices for food and entertainment this is the perfect place for me. Ten27 have been amazing to me from day one. My 2 maintenance requests have been taken care of in less than 24 hours and management is also ready to help. Thank you Kathie, Steve, and Derrick for being amazing
Moved in bad part from cincy where the maintenance service was not well moved here the maintenance service gets well taking care of in a timely manner I also love the view I have from my balcony highly recommend this place

I resided at this complex from 2018-2025. I was paying $1271 for a 2 bedroom, upon leaving. The amenities included were not "dreamy woods" or a "dog park" (of which sits next to a patch of woods I wouldn't dare to utilize). This was a decent, affordable place to live until ten 27 took it over, although i was hopeful. It only took 1 year of ownership to completely change the environment to an unsafe, unsanitary, unkept and uncertain living space. As a single, older female, I would not go out of my unit after dark.
