Been here a few years living at congress I would like to have a discussion with a regional manager on a few issues if possible that has not been addressed maintenance issues are a problem been trying to get things in my bathroom done for the last 3 months has really been a challenge .
Congress run has great apartments and the staff is wonderful and very understanding on rent.They are very understanding and helpful if you have something that needs to be fixed they are on it.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I lived here 2021-2023 and dealt with SEVERE pest issues. Congress Run switched owners mid lease and because the pest issues were still being unresolved - I tried to desolve my lease. They refused to assist and because of my mental health and the place was UNLIVABLE I had to go. They have now sent my balance to collections well over the amount that would be considered when breaking the lease. and NOTE, I did not WANT to break the lease, but the space was so unlivable I could not live there anymor... read more
