Did you know that if you are 65 and need an Adult Physical there's an an additional $327.00? Unfortunately, when my September appointment was cancelled and I was 64. I wasn't informed of this additional cost when rescheduling. (While they have a billing code for this fee, no one felt a need to inform this patient prior to billing me for it!)
