I just had surgery on my shoulder, and I could not be happier. Let's start with the team: Dr. Fraipont's group is AMAZING. From reception, to his personal assistant, to everyone on the operating room floor. I received nothing but kindness and attentiveness from my first consultation through surgery. The day I had my surgery, everyone was empathetic, kind, thorough and extremely professional. So here's the thing about this practice: my experiences demonstrate they don't have policies in place to assure patient safety and avoid fraudulent practices. Dr. Fraipont was very friendly. He was informative and made sure I understood. He answered all of my questions. The office seemed like it was run well. I didn't wait too long and they were friendly.

Dr. Michael Fraipont – If a knee surgery can be said to be a good experience, this was the best. I'm very alert to anything odd or unprofessional going on in a doctor's office, but I was and am very confident in everything I see there. Super-smart, engaging, patient doctor!

Excellent medical care, and aggressive stance on recovery. – I was there twice due to dumb stuff that I did. First, in 2000 I broke my foot running, went to Dr. Thomas Harris, who put me back on my feet, proposed a recovery program, and I was running again in about three months. Full recovery, no complications. Second, in 2003, I was bench pressing when I felt a pop in my shoulder. Turns out I ruptured the pectoral tendons, tearing all three of them off the bone on my upper arm. Dr. Michael Fraipont did surgery, re-assembled... read more
