Sandy and Zach at the Brown room unmatched customer service.
Always a treat to stay here. We left and forgot some shampoo ($$$) in the shower. We received a call that the shampoo was saved and was being mailed to us. That's above and beyond. We're staying here again in October. If I could get info on the housekeeping person, I would like to thank them personally and properly. The staff here is exceptional.
This is always a must visit while in Cape May Proper.
