The best place on the town.. Mckenzie is the best server i've seen around.. She does everything great with such elegance, love that girl.. Coming back for a visit for sure. 👍💯
Reservations customer service awful, front desk couldn’t care less. I get people have bad days and life happens so expectations will not always be met, but I am astonished at this level of weak service. I’d go somewhere else like the Virginia Hotel if you’re choosing between options. It’s not worth the wrench in your experience during your time in Cape May.
We come every year and absolutely love. The rooms are beautiful, the service is unbelievable and location doesn’t get any better. Will definitely be back. Our absolute favorite beach spot! My only complaint would be the inconsiderate families that take up 6-8 chairs on the beach (front row) and then not show up for hours while taking up the best spots, leaving people that would like to enjoy the beach in the early hours are sitting behind empty chairs.
