I was invited to see my friend Susan in the Lafayette Inspirational Ensemble and found myself in one of the most beautiful Shabbat services I have ever been to. Coming from a conservative background, this service and congregation really influenced me immediately as one I would love to become part of some day. Todah Raba for the experience!
When visiting NYC to see the Machlin/Sclars', our most favorite time spent is always at Rodeph Sholom! The warmth of the congregants as well as Rabbi's Levine and Laufer leave us with nothing but feelings of love and pure joy!! Any opportunity to hear the beautiful sounds coming from Cantor Garfein is a memorable occasion. The staff at Congregation Rodeph go out of their way to make each and every guest feel welcomed.
