I took my 11 year old chiauhua to them Aug. 14 because she had not had an elimination for 6 days. She was healthy otherwise. I expected them to give her an enema and she would be fine. They did a procedure on her and sent her home with me in a state of shock. When I got home with her, she could not stand up or walk. I could tell she was badly traumatized. RecommendedThey have taken EXCEPTIONAL care of my sweet Lucy every time I have taken her. I have dealt with other clinics before but this is BY FAR my favorite and only one I will go to.
I have known Scott for a long time himself and everyone that works for him are genuine and really do care.
I will never take another animal of mine anywhere else. The love and compassion of the staff is truly genuine. Scott Toms goes above and beyond and is the very best at what he does!
These people are so kind and friendly! We found them last year when our cat had an emergency, and they saw us right away. They were very patient and kind when she passed away a month later. We love Congo Road Animal Clinic!
They take wonderful care of my 16 year old pug Arnold. He gets lots of love and cookies every time he has a check up.

Mrs. Colleen, Dr. Dudley, Dr. Tom's, Dr. Kessler, Beth, Rick, Sam, Maggie and Madison at Congo Rd Animal clinic are the best at what they do. I am so blessed to have had these wonderful people care for both my 'Sophie and Wagner' and take care of us when it came their time to go. I'll never forget the love they shared. My deepest appreciation to this family at Congo Road.
