I have an experienced window installer. He measured. Congelton also measured, and made my windows to their measurements, making installation much, much harder. Now taking everything out to install the new, and custom building the new frames to surround. The next day Congelton called to try and make it right. I'm reserving judgement until the job is done. We still have 7.5 windows to install out of 10.
The only genuine lumber yard still selling lumber milled for yesterday and today's building. Best lumber yard in town. The last of the best.
Great place to get harder to find lumber. They also have a mill on site and the ability to make custom trim.
Fast service and everyone was nice.
I walked into the sales room today to look for a new door and Kelly S. treated me like a second class citizen. Kelly S. spoke to me as though I could not afford a door from Congleton Lumber & Design Center. She tried relentlessly to convince me that my current door was made of steel when I assured her it wasn’t. She did not believe me and then proceeded to walk me over to their display to show me what a steel door looks and feels like to try to prove to me that my door was steel.
