We made the switch to Conger last year and have had nothing but great experiences with servicing our forklift. Most recently, Hunter came out to perform a PM and diagnose a rough idle issue. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be fixed, and presented a solution with absolutely no pressure before performing any work. We are a small company with a single truck and had great service from Conger at a reasonable price. Hunter was a great tech that explained everything well and helped us get what needed to be fixed done.
Paul was very professional and well knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done on our equipment, He was very timely and gave us updates on his progress. In the end we know that the service we got was great.
Conger is one of the best in the industry! It is our go-to for rentals and service. Abraham is wonderful. He is thorough with every service job and does it in a timely manner. In the odd chance, it can't be completed right away, he communicates the plan and timeline effectively. We have also used them for our forklift training and would highly recommend!
