Absolutely disgusted at how the billing procedures work. My son was referred to eval a possible heart murmur as a newborn. They did an EKG and everything looked good. The resident did not see a need for an echocardiogram, but the doctor overseeing her said we should do one to make sure we don’t see anything else. The resident even said he will most likely want to do one. To me that’s odd to do further testing when everything looks good, that is unless you are just trying to bill for anything you can. My daughter has been seeing Dr. B for a couple of years and we love her as a doctor but absolutely hate how unprofessional and unorganized the staff is. It’s very rare to be seen at your scheduled appointment time. My daughter has been left waiting over an hour in most cases to be seen for echo after EKG. Today we were left waiting so long that the lights turned off on us. All we get is apologies and weird looks for wanting to be seen on time. Nothing ever changes.
