I had home warranty claim and Michael Conforti come look at the jobs necessary and he told he will come back never show up or call or email I paid $120 (suppose to $60 ) and all he said is lie to us he is good liar DO NOT trust or Work with this guy bad for everyone I talked with the warranty company that is Total Home warranty they said he submit the paper work and if you like to look at second look pay and other $60 this is total fraud after 4 week we got response and he is so rude and will shut the phone on your face will... read more
WE WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 5 DAYS . CALLED THIS BUSINESS ON THE FIRST DAY. WE CANT COME OUT FOR A WEEK. ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BEFORE THEY CAME OUT, HAD TO HAVE IT FIXED, HAD A GREAT COMPANY COME OUT AND FIX IT FINALLY. THEN CONFORTI SHOWS UP AND TRIES TO BILL ME AND THEY DID NO WORK. CONFORTI SHOWS UP A WEEK LATER AND BILLS ME? WAYNE ALSO NASTY ON THE PHONE.
