I suffered terrible lower back and pelvic pain. (Mis-aligned spine and rotated hip) I tried "Tempurapedic" it was very expensive and felt like sleeping in warm mud. It took weeks of major detective work, but I finally found that sleeping on 1.5 density "polyurethane" foam relieves all pressure points.
