You guys need to give Lenny a raise. I tried to purchase through the website and it was down and after 3 days I was able to talk to Lenny and she got it done and even after my frustration she was very nice and polite. Give her a bonus
Absolute horrible company to deal with set a remote control to the wrong address and want to blame me and then want to charge me again for another remote so we'll be the disputing charges and getting my money back either way and over a $30 remote control now you got a negative review terrible terrible people to deal with. They want to argue instead of making things right. We have purchased hundreds of units if not, thousands and have had very minimal issues possibly three or four they are always very quick to take care of us. This is our preferred brand now.! Again nobody likes installing something they have to work on and these have been very flawless for us.!
