Nous sommes tellement déçu d’avoir fait confiance à cette compagnie. On se sent floués et abandonnés. En juillet 2025, ils ont réparé (1000$) notre climatiseur mural vieux de 15 ans : suite aux conseils du technicien on a décidé de le faire remplacer par une nouvelle thermopompe car il y a 12 ans il y avait eu une mini fuite et on voulait éviter des problèmes. 3 jours après l’installation, aucune eau ne s’écoulait du drain dehors……Ça nous a alerté parce que de l’eau s’écoulait régulièrement du drain de l’ancienne machine.
