The heat pump was installed with very low quality: 1) Internal coil. The main air filter case was removed together with the old coil. The new filter case was not installed with new coil box. The heat pump can’t work without the main filter. The coil will be plugged by dust soon. The air quality will be bad. The air sips through gaps and holes. The copper pipes are hung without support.
