If your pcp sends a referral here they will call to let you know they’re booked out three months and to be patient. They don’t tell you that you still have to call them back to get on the schedule. When I explained that my pcp left the organization (confluence), the receptionist tried to tell me he was still here. So my letter I got was a mistake that my doctor left? The front desk staff and nurses are great. I have gone twice and seen two different doctors from there and each visit was disappointing. Each doctor seemed to be in a rush and were quite frankly rude to me when I would ask questions. Each appointment was 15 minutes or less and I was left with a bill over $250. I don't mind paying when I get skilled care, but I don't feel like that is what I am getting when I come here. I would honestly rather pay for a plane ticket and travel to see my old dermatologist than go here again. T... read more

I'd give them a zero if allowed. It took them over 9 months for them to see me. I ended up going to Idaho (3 hr drive). I'm glad I did. I actually had cancer cells that needed to be removed. I strongly recommend not bothering with Confluence Health.
