Im done with my primary care Dr Flor Henry I have been getting mucel relaxers for along time now for my back i only take 1 at bedtime it helps the pain in my back I had 2 refills left and he stopped them he didn't tell me he stopped them and I dont know why he did its not like im seeking pain meds im just done with him no explanation nothing feeling really irritated
I've had to go here twice to get labs ordered by medical providers in Everett/Seattle. The first time they forgot to do the most important test, so I had to get that done day of my appointment in Everett. I missed work to have labs done in time for my appointment in Everett later that week and they couldn't even be bothered to get it right. Second time I went to have seven labs done 4 days before my appointment with my doc. He never received the results of the labs he ordered. We visited the surgery center for cataract surgery and it ran like a well oiled machine! Very friendly and caring nurses and doctors.
Went to the lab for a blood draw. Employee called my name, pointed to a chair to sit in, withdrew the blood, walked a few feet away, turned around and just stared at me I finally got the hint I was supposed to get up and leave. She said one word to me, my name. Obviously, this employee has a problem.
