It'd sure be nice if they'd answer the phone! Or at the bare minimum fix the automated system that has you leave a phone # they'll never call you back on.
loved the service I have received at Confluence Health in Ephrata by providers and nurses. Highly recommend. Only con providers dont stick around and have to re establish care with new providers every time.
Don’t answer the phones, I called three times and put on hold for 30min and no one ever picked up the phone. They don’t post on the website when they are going to have different closing hours.
Bad service. No one answers the phones I waited for 35 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous… all that money and you can’t even hire someone to answer the phone?
