People come and see me because they are ready to move through stuck places in their lives. I most often treat issues such as anxiety, eating disorders and food issues, a negative body image, trauma, shame and chronic pain. The work I do is body-based. It can look like traditional talk therapy but includes awareness of the body in the session.
