Renters BEWARE. It’s only a $200 deposit because there are many backhanded fees that you don’t see until after you sign the lease. The electric bill is $150-$200 when the AC DOESN’T WORK. Our microwave would run with the door open (hello radiation) and 2 outlets stopped working within 15 days. The model room inside the office is NOT WHAT YOU GET. As for our application fees, there is an Administrative Fee of $125 per application; $13 application fee per person and a $200 application deposit. RecommendedThe office members and maintenance work very hard to make sure we are all happy. The sidewalks, parks and playgrounds are awesome for kids. I just wish there were a pool and a few more amenities for the price.
