This is the best gym for motivation and results in the city!!! This gym is more than just a gym but a family. They always keep me on track to getting the results I’m looking for. The coaches keep it up 100 to push you to do things you don’t think you can. They always help build your confidence in and out of the gym. I’ve gone to other before but never got these results. I’m over 30 pounds down and am still losing weight daily!!!
An outstanding and physically demanding boxing gym. This boxing gym is truly one of a kind. The coach is amazing—so loving, family-oriented, and genuinely invested in the kids. Coah Dre goes far beyond teaching boxing and really takes the time to know the kids and support them, whether it’s school, home life, or just being a positive role model.
