I’m a veteran I’ve been seeing Harold for my therapy, and Kristina for my med management. I really appreciate both of them, they make me feel valid, but they expect to be put in as well. I’m healing from severe emotional trauma & finding a med doc that listens is huge.
Would not recommend. Went for a serious issue I was having that has impacted my life for years, my family doctor had been no help, so I tried here. I spoke to the nurse practitioner who told me that in order to potentially try any new medications I needed to do cbt therapy with her in house therapist, a therapy I had already tried long term elsewhere. I’ve received the most amazing care at this facility. The providers are thoughtful and truly care about your well being.
Horrid customer service. They have been accepting new patients for a while and I'v called MANY times over the past year to get help and nobody has answered the phone during their open hours and wont return my voicemail. If you want confident help, go somewhere else.
