Went here for over a year. The nurse practitioner Linda Selk who does all appointments via zoom from AZ, kept stringing me along and prescribing all kinds of meds that worsened my situation. Her personal biases concerning my treatment finally surfaced and I left immediatly. I couldn't be better for it now. While my counselor at confidential care was good, the actual medical care was not there.
I’m a veteran I’ve been seeing Harold for my therapy, and Kristina for my med management. I really appreciate both of them, they make me feel valid, but they expect to be put in as well. I’m healing from severe emotional trauma & finding a med doc that listens is huge.
Would not recommend. Went for a serious issue I was having that has impacted my life for years, my family doctor had been no help, so I tried here. I spoke to the nurse practitioner who told me that in order to potentially try any new medications I needed to do cbt therapy with her in house therapist, a therapy I had already tried long term elsewhere.
