It was really nice walking into this office. For such a small shop, it smelled nice and I was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile. I received service within about 5 minutes of checking in, which I really appreciated. They also took their time with my teeth cleaning compared to what I’m used to at other dentists, where they clean you up in 10 minutes and send you on your way. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Gilliam was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was scheduled as his first patient of the day for a root canal. Although I arrived slightly late, I was still within the office’s grace period. Dr. Gilliam was not yet at the office and ultimately arrived approximately 30 minutes late.
