I’ve had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and efficient, which really helps make the whole visit comfortable. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. My hygienist, Julia, is absolutely amazing. Love this office. the staff is amazing and Dr Rivera is too! They dont recommend anything that isnt needed and they listen to you! they never try to push any procedures on you and make me feel confortable and at ease. Im so glad i switch to this office from my last dentist who was constantly trying to upsell me into procedures i didnt need at exorbitant costs. Confident Smiles with Dr Rivera for the win!
Went in for a consult and learned much more than I had expected. It was a lot of information, but it was explained at a pace and language that made it much easier for me to understand. I was given 3 quotes for 3 separate procedures and was walk through each of them in detail from A to Z. I've been a patient here for about the last 5 yrs., originally referred by one of my cousins. I typically only come in for teeth cleanings & x-rays. I opted out of DENTAL insurance, so I pay out-of-pocket prices. Any of the 4 hygienists that have taken care of me have been down to earth yet professional, friendly, knowledgeable & thorough!
