I refer John to all of my clients who are buying a home. He is professional, punctual, energetic and takes great care to objectively explain what he sees to the home Buyers. His rates are competitive, his reports are thorough and easy to read. I've had great success negotiating repairs with sellers after presenting his reports.
He missed crucial roof issues that our contractor mentioned. Obviously roof abnormalities that he said the inspector should have caught. We also had an adjuster come out and said the same thing. He said this roof has had issues way longer then the 11 months we've lived in this home. I have pictures to prove that this roof was not up to standards since last year. I am very stressed about this and he denies that the roof had any issues. I will be checking into all legal options.
