I chose ***** Treece for a commercial building inspection in Cleveland County in 2023 based on his reviews and reputation, even though his rate was at least twice the amount of competitors. Strong communication up to signing the contract, and he was flexible about the inspection date when we experienced delays on my side with sale documents. In the end, though, he required up front payment for a lemon of an inspection. He inspected the property himself, spent little time on the property, and did ... read more

This company is absolutely amazing to work with. I called them on short notice and they were able to move some things around and get me an inspection very quickly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your home inspection needs.
