Since I’ve started going to confiDENT, My teeth look and feel 100% better. The dental work is great. I do not have any complaints at all, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is incomparable! The staff at CONFIDENT shows a lot of patience and care when dealing with their clients. I’ve had four appointments to date and have not had to wait more than 5 to 8 minutes to be called to the back. I was very emotional due to a dental emergency, and ConfiDENT really came through for me. They scheduled me the same day I called, which immediately gave me some peace during a stressful situation. Dr. Cesar even called me on his day off to help me better understand my procedure, and that meant a lot to me. During my visit, everyone was so patient, kind, and understanding. Dr. Cesar and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into the office for my first visit, I noticed the genuine warmth and kindness everyone showed. We had an outstanding experience at this dental practice. Dr. Cesar Tapia and his entire team are top notch, and my wife and I are very happy and pleased with the care received. My son needed a particularly invasive procedure done, and Dr. Cesar made sure my son was comfortable and safe throughout. He felt minimal pain afterwards and recovered quickly. The staff are kind and attentive, and the technology is state-of-the-art. Highly recommended!

The nicest and most helpful people I have encountered in a doctor’s office in a LONG time. And the cleaning that Cherrie did - for the first time in 15 years I felt my teeth were truly cleaned. Wish I had found them a long time ago! The best!!
