Peta and the team at Confident Conveyancing have been amazing. Peta had taken me through the "ins and outs" of what I needed to do in order to help settle the contract for my very first home. She provided me with sound advice and information in a very approachable and professional manner, in regards to parts that I didn't understand or was unsure of during the entire settlement process. I'm very thankful, I couldn't have navigated through all of this without her and the team.
I would never recommend this agency. She gave us one price and charged us more when we meet her. She was so hard to talk to, I asked so many questions and she called me rude for asking them. This was our first time buying a home. I felt like I was nothing and her calling me names for not understanding things, even the real estate agent we purchased the house from didn't understand her.
