I recently used a services of Confident Care of Florida Home Health Agency. The agency provides very fast and professional services, all appointments were scheduled in advance and arrived on time. Nurse Rebeca Fernandez spent a lot of time to give me a proper care and answer all my questions with a patience and a personal care about my needs. This is my first time experience of using homehealth agency and I highly recommend Confident Care of Florida.
Horrible company. Nobody calls or shows up. I hope they don't bill my insurance company for work they never did.
As someone who has worked in the Healthcare Industry for close to 10 years, I would like to say I have never seen or heard of such poor care in all of my career. I personally pride myself in providing quality care to patients and healthcare workers. This agency was ordered for a family member and I do believe they fell below standard of care.
