These guys claimed that a lot of stuff was wrong with my car that was NOT wrong. I took it to two other places and found out that they were full of it, and yes, I am referring to the owner. He wanted to rob us basically. I found two places with MUCH cheaper estimates that provided quality work. I dont recommend this place at all.
Confident Car Care is the only place I trust having work done on my car. The company is ran by an honest business man, Ernie, and it shows. The employees there are very friendly I recommend all the services they offer. 110% satisfied!
The mechanics at confident tire in willoughby are the most thoughtful and knowledgeable mechanics i have ever used. They have done everything from oil changes to major repairs on my vehicles. the service is excellent and the people make you feel at home. good job and keep it up!!!!!

This place is the BEST. I will only go there. The ower is so nice and so is the staff. Take your car there, you wont be disapointed.
Ask for Ernie, the owner. He will treat you like a king and make sure your car is fixed correctly the first time. Even if you just need a second opinion on a diagnosis given to you by one of those franchises, he will check out your car and tell you the truth...very trustworthy.
