I was very disappointed with this place. Employees bringing their children to the office to just hang out - very unprofessional. But, took 3 weeks after the initial meeting to even get matched up with a counselor. I thought the initial woman who did the intake was nice - but it really shouldn't take that long to get someone in to meet with someone regularly. I've had a lot going on, but they were not very concerned about me at all. Looking for another place that has concerns over the well being of others.
I did my preceptorship here for behavioral science. The staff was helpful, supportive and flexible.
I've had a great experience with Confianza Healthcare and I am so glad that I got to know about this place. Some of the wonderful services that they provide include a community food pantry, an after- school program, and therapy. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming and I could tell that everyone really cares about the community and the services that they provide. I would recommend them to anyone that would benefit from their services.
The atmosphere at Confianza is supportive and friendly! The team there go out of their way to help. Confianza also assists the community by offering a nonjudgmental food pantry. The youth program encourages growth and resiliency in the kids it serves.
I had such a great experience here and highly recommend this office. Therapist April Munoz absolutely outstanding—professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and wants to help them improve.
