I am so grateful to have found confianza health . After my daughter was born, I started attending for help with child development, postpartum depression and anxiety. We have seen Christina for about two years and she helps me see how much my daughter has grown and learned when I can't see or forget the changes myself. She's patient and kind and helps my husband and I navigate our now threenagers' big emotions.
We were nervous at first but the counselor has been terrific! Thank you for all you do to help us to learn to be our best selves.
