The service provided by the property manager Tony is unmatched. His work to get us into our new apartment was not only fast but above and beyond. He worked very hard to get us situated into our new apartment, guiding us through the process of application and finalization flawlessly. As a new tenant, I cannot thank Tony enough!

We had a viewing today with Tony. Him and everyone we met at 104 Confederation in St. Thomas were great! Very professional, clean building and great atmosphere. You can tell they have put a lot of hard work in to clean the place up nicely! Seems like a nice place to live.
