RETURN PHONE CALLS & IMPROVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
It’s been over a week since I ordered my dress and I’ve heard nothing so I went to their fb page. They have been posting but not responding to my emails and I called today. Similar to everyone else’s reviews. I’m bummed as I really wanted my dress for my 14 year wedding renewals.
Worst customer service I've encountered in ages. I'm beginning to think the entire business is a complete scam. I ordered and paid for a dress weeks ago, and still after multiple phone calls and emails, no shipping info, tracking info or vague idea as to when I can expect delivery or whether I should expect it to come at all. A response to my numerous inquiries would be very much appreciated.
They had the dress I wanted for my college graduation and they were the only place around with stock so i purchased through them. I did finally receive it, but the speed of the delivery/costumer service, in combination with some reviews that said they were committing fraud, made me originally post a bad review. The phone number provided for the company did not work when I tried to call. Customer service did finally contact me after I made the bad review, after which they processed and shipped my order.
