I opted to go with white sheet cake with almond flavoring and buttercream frosting served at my wedding. I didn’t want anything fancy, just something that would taste great and I could have precut to serve guests quickly. Confectionately Yours knocked it out of the park!!! The sheet cake ended up being layered, so it had that great frosting in the middle, too. It was simple, but still beautiful with the scroll work. It was very moist and almost melted in your mouth.
