Once again Laura blew my mind. After she made my wedding cake in 2018, I knew she would be my go to baker & it was only right to have her make my 35th birthday cake. All I can say is WOW! She exceeded my expectations. The cake was absolutely beautiful & it tasted amazing. The cake was such a hit I had to call her an hour after meeting her to request a last minute overnight emergency cake because the 1st one was already gone. We were supposed to have a wedding cake next week but due to C19 we now have to wait a while longer for that, so we ordered a birthday cake! This is not just any bday cake this is a dairy free lemon blueberry cake! I also ordered dairy & gluten free cupcakes and both are delicious and hard to tell apart! I just want to keep eating it! Thank you Laura for creating these! We will be ordering more soon!
We recently had our wedding cake tasting with Confectionate Cakes. I have a severe allergy to milk and dairy products made from milk. We called a number of places and most shot us down right away, but Laura at Confectionate Cakes was super accommodating and willing to work with us. Laura is a wonderful baker! Our wedding cake was stunning and she even made us a specialized groom's cake. Everyone complimented both and we were so happy with our flavor choices! Laura was easy to work with and brought our vision to life. I will definitely be going back to Confectionate Cakes for future cakes!
