Awesome meat great staff. Great deal
I have made a lot of rock of lamb in my life. It’s probably my favourite cut of red meat and people always like it when I serve it. I bought two rocks from Coneybeare’s midsummer , froze, and finally roasted them last night. I didn’t trim or anything. By far, and I mean, no comparison, was the absolute best rock I have ever tasted. I can’t wait to try their prime rib. We are lucky to have their services in Minden. Doug Cowdrey
Always get the NY steak. It's usually very tender. Not so much this visit. New visit I got the tenderloin and it was amazing. Also got 2 NY to take home and they were a bit chewy. I will stick with getting the tenderloin only.
