AVOID AT ALL COSTS I rented an apartment in Hell's Kitchen for several years and the management turned over quite often. We never had any issues with our management until Coney Realty & Management stepped in. To say these people are monsters is an understatement. In the last year at our apartment building, we had several issues with just one tenant in the building. Management team has been incredibly helpful from needing new appliances to small repairs and anything in between. I communicate with them frequently and they are always quick to respond and very patient with me especially when I am worried about something! I am very grateful to be under their care.

I've only lived here for 45 days and not once has management called me back about the items I told them about. I have black mold growing in my bathroom and not a care in the world. **UPDATE 5/7/24** Apparently calling 311/HPD/DOB is the only way to get them to move faster on issues.
