Would give 0 if I could. Horrible place. For the last 7 years they have had bedbugs and they continue to allow all their residents to live with them. They also now have cockroaches. Not to mention how often one of the elevators are down. Also, my parents have lived there for years. Once they were stuck in their room for 3 hours before anyone came to help, not to mention the time some man walked in their apartment. The place could be a lot better if not for the bedbugs. Yes, I was told that the bed bugs were there. I found out after I got there it had been years! Unfortunately you can't say anything to HUD until you leave. Well, I tried guys, they asked me why I didn't tell them my concerns while I was there? Hmmmm? I'll just say it was an experience I never want to relive. The " CEO" needs to spend a weekend in one of the apartments. Oh, and btw, I lost one of my cats to skin cancer from all the bug spraying. People in this town are not welcoming nor are they friendly. Seems like a front half the time people are shady here so it’s a guessing game. Will be moving as soon as possible not a place for diversity or culture really. I’m disappointed to be honest don’t feel comfortable here. Nor do I feel like a member of this community. Ps don’t move to the towers it’s a prison

Most of the people (for the most part)are friendly. And there's various ages.Iit definitely would be a much better place without the bedbugs That is the truth
