Our family of 5 rented kayaks and did the 5 hour river trip and had an absolute blast! It was gorgeous on the river. The owner was so wonderful and kind, she filled us in what to look for while on the river and how to handle any rough spots with the kids since it was their first time kayaking. This was hands down the best experience our family has ever had.
The time we spent on the water was awesome. No urban noises, river barely flowing quiet and peaceful. You forget all your problems and get back home rested and refreshed.
Great place to go especially for beginners and kids .. we had an amazing time.
Great place to go and relax or get some exercise!! They were so helpful and friendly! Beware of the 5 foot waterfall tho 😉 I would definitely recommend them 💖
Staff were friendly and. courteous. It was a fun time .Beautiful scenery along the way and a very relaxing evening on the water. I would definitely go there again.

They are so great and courteous here. They truly want you to have a great time. Miss Renee thoroughly enjoys helping others and to teach you some of the basics. She makes you feel very comfortable before you even start.
Amazing service and Renee has a huge heart for the river! Even if you have no idea how to paddle you’ll leave there feeling like a pro!
We came to lake Chautauqua for my Bachelorette party and were unable to swim in the lake due to beaches being closed for COVID-19. We called Conewango and they were so accommodating. The family owned business offered a personal touch that made us feel right at home. They guided us every step of the way and treated us as their special guests. If we are ever ok the area again we will look no further than Conewango.
