Absolute Joke!! Made an appt to get seen for lingering cold symptoms when I got there the receptionist was the most ignorant person I ever met she said you need to go back to your car because we have to test you for covid.. I said no one told me that when I made the appt. A nurse came out 5 minutes later and said it would be another 10 minutes and she would call my phone.. after waiting another 20 minutes my wife went in and the rude receptionist said well the test ain't done go back to your car we will call when it's done. ... read more
Ive been with this group for several years and love the staff, doctors, and tonya sargent is the best NP. I would recommend them, which i have to many including family members with no problems for any of them.
The receptionist Cara was very rude when we checked in. Got smart with us for standing at the window waiting to check in. Then yelled at us asking who we where here to see even though I had already stated who. Then Cara took a phone call about a patients arthritis and appointments, she was very rude to them then slammed to phone down and proceeded to yell it’s not my damn problem you haven’t been seen in 4 years and now you want some medicine.?.?. I should not have been able to hear about that person’s medical issues. On top... read more

Dr. Lisa Wirfel is completely unprofessional! She was very rude/condescending to my 77 year old Dad who’s been a long time patient! She saw him for 2nd time Monday for a follow up & was abrupt. She then messed with his med. dose drastically after he’s been on the same meds for over 12 years, no problems. She has caused him severe pain, stress, & sleepless nights. After reading her reviews in Somerset & other places; I read she did this to many others too so I reported her/filed complaint which I really don’t like doing!!!
