One star because we have too still 9 months later and we are trying to get parts and or refund back.To much unfinished unprofessional service.Pay more go elsewhere.
I only rate businesses when they are really good or really bad...in this case...really BAD. Horrible customer service and my order was sent without the requested parts. Sure, they are nice on the phone when getting your hard-earned money, but I strongly advise any dealings with Conely's.
The new guy in charge of orders, is on top of things. I bought latch kit for my new hard-bags and he inspected the kit in front of me to make sure it was perfect. They even gave me instructions to take after explaining how to mount the kit. Conely's Accessories has better customer service than a dealership, hands down.
Do not do business with this man! He robbed us, still owes us a stereo and parts and basically screwed my husband' s bike up and will not return any calls and/are texts! If you do business with him you WILL get burned!!! I can't even post this without giving a star which I would not!
