Simply the greatest organization I have ever had the opportunity to work with! As a freelance writer, I've dealt with a variety of clients, none of which have made our partnership as rewarding and educational as CVT. I've been using medical transport since February 2017 to and from dialysis 3 three times a week. I was assigned to 4 four different companies by the insurance company. I was almost never picked up to and from dialysis. The drivers always said to me contact the medical transport office. They are booked back to back every 15 fifteen minutes. It is obviously imposible to be on time. Thankhey could not pick me up within the fifteen minutes grace period. I usually don't type up reviews unless I am angry about a particular experience but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with this company as a daughter and primary care-taker of an elderly parent. Conejo Valley Transit has been a tremendous help in transporting my father to his dialysis appointments which are in a neighbouring county.
