I got an estimate from another company (thousand oaks plumbing) after waiting 3 days for the technician to come out. The charge was going to be $99 if I ended up not having them to the job. The estimate seemed really high but I wanted the job done so I agreed. He said they would be out two days later and I said OK. Conejo Plumbing Solutions is AMAZING !!! I called with a 5 alarm emergency crisis at 3:30 pm on a Friday, Keith was super busy yet still found the time to come by and help. He quickly identified and fixed the problem for a great price, offering extraordinary expertise and excellent customer service in the process. Keith was awesome. I originally called Elite for an inspection where they couldn't perform it because my sewage pipes weren't immaculate, and they quoted an absurd amount to hydrojet to proceed with the inspection. They stuck the camera into my sewage main for 10 feet, stopped, and then still charged me for the service. They also recommended a few other things that they convinced me I needed.
