I am very satisfied with the Care that I received at urgent care. The wait time was very short. They were very polite and professional, and took care of my needs.
Fast and friendly today. Note, I did have an appointment.
Went in with concern which wasn’t taken seriously. I got a discharge summary that listed symptoms I needed to come back if I had, and I already had half of them. They never went down the list of symptoms before they sent me home. Paid a $70 co-pay and was only seen for about 25 seconds. I feel like for $70 you should get more time. They were not even busy.
Ashanti was great she was very professional. There was another lady with blonde/brown hair that was very rude. She even talked bad about me and called me a liar out loud to her pears. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be using this facility again.
