My overall experience was great here. Everyone in the back was very nice and patient with me. However some African American lady at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude as if she was not happy with her life or job position. I definitely recommend them getting better medical customer service care at the front desk especially for that to be the first interactive person a patient comes in contact with. Other than that lady everyone else gave me the best care!
Dont Take your DOG here I am a former Police Officer with Crohns Disease and I made the mistake of going to this Urgent Care for Med Refills while waiting for Disability. These people are so inept they confused tests, lied to me about my meds(Not Narcotics) they are not a place I would take a family member. Go to the Moses Cone E.R . You will be treated well at the hospital.
