Hi Everyone I had a very upsetting experience on November 10, 2025, 1P-3P, at Cone Health Urgent Care–Elmsley accompanying an IDD blind client for medical care. The CMA was extremely harsh and disrespectful toward me as the caregiver. Her tone was negative and bullying throughout the intake. I came here with chemical burns in my eyes and these people were great to me. I joked a little and felt bad we had to make a mess with water too fix the problem! They were so comforting and helpful! Thank you
