The staff here is lazy and unprofessional. I was seen over the weekend at ARMC. I had questions about my symptoms. My answers were, I don't know go see your pcp, I wasnt there so I dont know was going on with you. Im was like this is Cone it should be on MyChart. I asked if they could check MyChart the physician stated she couldn't, then the receptionist, said the to physician, “ Girl, lemme get this call.” I was totally dismissed. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Rashell! She was incredible and took great care of me.
Fast service by caring individuals who pay attention to details given by patient will leave you feeling confident with the service that was provided.
Everyone is very friendly and intentive to you. Didn't wait long to be seen and felt like they actually cared about me.
