**Warning** If you think your child needs a test for WHOOPING COUGH, do not go here! Good things first, short wait, loved that they allowed us to wait in our vehicle, clean environment, staff was polite. The problem, brought my teenager in with a relentless cough no other symptoms. Absolutely the BEST service I’ve ever received at an Urgent care. From the receptionist to the nurse and medical provider, very kind, thoughtful and patient focused!
Do yourself a favor go to another Urgent Care outside Cone. This is a glorified virtual service. No X-rays, no IV, not a lot of basic urgent services. They just ask you to go ER after they bill you. So you ended up paying twice for the same issue that you came in for. This is a money pit.
My husband took my 22 month old son due to a lingering cough. He was prescribed antibiotics and a cough medicine. I knew right away when my husband told me my child was too young to be given a cough medication. The pharmacist came to the window at pickup and told us not to give him the medication. It was for adults and contained alcohol and pseudoephedrine. I cannot image what would have happened if I hadn’t known better or the pharmacist hadn’t caught it.
