Very disappointed with this facility I came there for an appointment and was not told that kids could not come mind you. I was sent there to make sure I didn’t have any blood clots. I was given medicine in the meantime just to prevent until I was able to get a sonogram as checking in the front desk told me children are not allowed, and I was so sad and down because the coordinator came out and advised me that they cannot take me due to because I have my kids there. Thank you DR Sullivan you couldn't ask for a more caring knowledgeable cardiologist it means a lot to have a reassuring caring doctor. Doesn't just help physically but helps psychologically. As this can be a time of fear and anxiety.

An elderly man was trying to use vending area 1st floor. The machines only take cards. He only had cash. I felt bad for him. I know technology is moving to cashless but there are people without access to cards. Also the check- in person at 2nd floor had dance/pop music playing at a level that it was hard for me to pay attention to what she was asking me. It wasn't very professional.
